Consent and Release Agreement
 

Health and Safety: I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in Yoga Activities. I agree to inform Yoga Paws and its instructors of any physical limitations, discomfort, or concerns regarding my participation in Yoga Activities before the commencement of any class.
 
Waiver and Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Yoga Paws, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, instructors, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as "Releases") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in Yoga Activities, or while on the premises where the activities are being conducted.
 
Acknowledgment of Risks: I acknowledge that participating in yoga classes, workshops, and activities (hereafter referred to as "Yoga Activities") offered by Yoga Paws may involve inherent risks and potential hazards. These risks may lead to bodily injury, illness, psychological injury, and in extreme cases, permanent disability or death. I assert that my participation in Yoga Activities is voluntary, and I knowingly assume all risks associated with these activities.
 
Photo and Video Consent: I hereby grant Yoga Paws the right and permission to take photographs and videos of me during Yoga Activities. I understand that Yoga Paws may use such photographs and videos for any lawful purpose, including for example, such purposes as Instagram, advertising, and Web content, without any compensation to me. I release Yoga Paws from any expectation of confidentiality for the aforementioned uses.
 
Personal Responsibility: I accept personal responsibility for any belongings that I bring to the Yoga Paws premises and agree that Yoga Paws is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
 
Governing Law: This Consent and Release Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yoga Paws operates, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
