When will a scheduled gift card be delivered?
A scheduled gift card will be delivered on the selected delivery date at the exact time it was originally purchased. For example, if a gift card is purchased at 10:00 am and scheduled for a future date, it will be delivered at 10:00 am on that chosen date.
Is the gift card digital or physical?
Digital only, sent via email.
How is it delivered to the recipient?
Via email to the address you enter at checkout, with the gift card code and your message.
Can I schedule the delivery for a future date?
Yes. You can choose a specific delivery date or send it immediately.
Where can the gift card be used?
Across any of our locations in Australia, through our website, for any published or unpublished event.
Does the gift card expire?
No. It has no expiry!
How do you redeem a gift card?
Each gift card includes a unique code. Enter this at checkout in the ‘Redeem a gift card’ section when booking a session.
