What happens if I can’t attend after buying a ticket?

If the event is sold out, we are unable to replace your spot, so your best option is to give your ticket to a friend or family member. If the event is not sold out, we can reschedule your ticket to another session for free—just check our website for availability and let us know which session you’d like to move to. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
