Join us for your weekly dose of movement and meet our special guests, Greyhounds! We're excited to be collaborating with LoveAGreyhound to connect these beautiful dogs with our community, foster socialisation and maybe even help find their future homes. Our Yoga sessions run every weekend and are suitable for all levels - offering time to stretch, reset, and on this occasion connect with a gentle greyhound. We take care of everything (including the dogs!) - all you need to bring is your lovely self.
