What happens if I can’t attend after buying a ticket?
If you can’t attend your session, please let us know as soon as possible. If we receive more than 2 days’ notice, we’re happy to offer you a coupon to use for a future event. Unfortunately, if notice is given within 2 days of the event, we’re unable to provide any support except for a name change.
Can I reschedule my ticket for another session?
If you let us know more than 2 days before your event, we can offer you a coupon to use for a future session. Unfortunately, if notice is given within 2 days of the event, we’re unfortunately unable to provide any support except for a name change.
Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you let us know more than 2 days before your event, we can offer you a coupon to use for a future session. If notice is given within 2 days of the event, we’re unfortunately unable to provide any support except for a name change.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend or family member. Please let us know their full name and email, and ensure they complete the waiver which was included in your Booking Confirmation email.
I missed my session—what can I do?
Unfortunately, as they are events which means tickets can't be resold, we’re unable to provide refunds or replacements for missed sessions. All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you at a future event.
